All our prices are in Canadian Dollar.
Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Each Beer Cap Map is shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed. If you need it faster for special occasion, please send us an email at email@example.com and let us know once you place the order. We will try our best to ship it sooner.
We use Canada Post to ship our Beer Cap Maps. Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout based on your location and the type of shipping you choose. We also offer local pickup (free of charge) if you live around Burlington. Just choose local pickup at the checkout. We will send you an email to arrange a time and location to meet.
Once we drop the package at the Canada post, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
If your package is returned because the address you provided is incorrect, we will contact you to get the correct address and arrange shipping. You are responsible to pay the new shipping cost before we can ship it again.
If your package has not been received within 15 days of receiving your shipping notification email (not order confirmation email), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
For international shipping, the buyer is responsible to pay for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
We inspect every product before shipping it to you; however, damages can occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged map, please let us know within 2 days of receiving it. If 2 days has gone by since the package arrival, unfortunately we cannot replace it. To initiate a replacement, please contact us at email@example.com and include your order number and few pictures of the damaged map.
Please note that replacements do not include defects at the back of the Beer Cap Map that are not affecting the functionality or visual aspect of the map.
Are you not happy with your beer cap map? No problem! We are here to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not happy with the product, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that the shipping cost is not-refundable and you are also responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
We advise you to use a tracking number as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the return. We also advise you to buy insurance when returning. If a returned product is damaged, we will not be responsible for it.
To initiate a return please:
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you want to return.
- Package it and drop it off at your nearest post office
- Buy insurance to protect yourself from damages that may occur during shipping
- Send us an email and include the tracking number.
Once we receive the product, we will examine it. If product is received damaged, we will inform you right away so you can claim with the Canada post. Otherwise we will start the refund process.
